Before CNC glass processing, the equipment must be calibrated to zero and the air pressure must be checked to see if it meets the equipment requirements.

Notes on CNC glass processing centers:

1. When using a new tool, the tool code must be reset;

2. If there is an error in the size of the finished product, it may be caused by tool wear, and its parameters must be corrected;

3. When selecting a tool, pay attention to the feeding method and direction to avoid breaking the glass;

4. When processing, be careful not to get too close to the working area to avoid causing harm to the human body when the equipment is operating;

Currently, CNC glass processing centers are mainly used for home appliance glass and automotive glass, and are relatively less used for architectural glass. However, with the improvement of the requirements for the appearance quality of architectural glass, the use of CNC processing centers is also increasing, mainly used for the processing of exposed corner cutting and grooving, and the processing of special-shaped edges.
