Role:

A laminated glass forming machine is a key equipment used for manufacturing laminated safety glass. It combines glass with an intermediate film through a high-temperature and high-pressure process to form a high-strength composite glass. Through roller pressing or vacuuming, the air between the glass and the film is expelled to avoid residual bubbles.In a pressure vessel or hot press machine, the intermediate film is fully melted and firmly bonded with the glass. The cooling rate is controlled to ensure that the finished glass has no stress deformation or delamination.

Advantages:

1. High safety: After the finished glass breaks, the fragments adhere to the film, preventing splashing.

2. High bonding strength: The process of high pressure (10-15 bar) and high temperature (120-150℃) ensures that the film and glass do not peel off.

3. Automatic control: Operated by PLC + touch screen, it can precisely regulate temperature, pressure and time parameters, reducing human error.

4. Energy-saving and efficient: Modern models adopt rapid heating/cooling technology, and a single cycle can be shortened to 2-4 hours.

5. Suitable for complex glass: It can process arc-shaped and irregular laminated glass.

6. Environmental friendliness: Closed production without harmful gas release. Some models support green energy.
